Well UK Homebrew is a free site and, as far as we are concerned, will stay that way. However it does cost money to host it and register the domains. We intend it to be totally transparent and we are hosted by Dream host in the US on their Crazy Domain Insane Plan. We paid for 24 months hosting upfront which gives us the monthly renewal cost of $7.95 per month. Less than the cost of a couple of pints at the local!!

In addition to that each domain costs $9.95 a year to register so what with

uk-homebrew.info and ukhomebrew.info

that adds another $19.90 to the bill, other domains will be coming soon

If you wish to contribute we are not going to turn anything down, Dreamhost have provided the facility to make donations to pay toward web hosting and have generated the code for the link above. This will take you to a Dreamhost page which uses PayPal to process your donation. Rest assured that by contributing in this way all donations will go towards our hosting bill.
